With the goal of becoming one of the largest direct to consumer cosmetics company, we are always looking for sales consultants to join our team. Charity by Dawn Lilly, LLC offers consultants the opportunity to earn extra income through direct sales of our beauty products and the freedom and flexibility to work the hours that work for you.
We offer a 20% commission on all products sold. There is no minimum sale requirement or products that do not qualify for the full commission rate. You earn income from every sale, no matter what! You can work part time or full time - it's up to you. Host parties, sell online, utilize traditional door to door methods - it's up to you.
Independent Sales Consultants receive their own domain (yourname.mycharitymakeup.com) so that they can immediately begin selling online!
If you prefer traditional door to door methods or hosted parties, we offer catalogs, which can be ordered for as little as $9.99. However, if you are just utilizing online sales, you won't even need catalogs! If you are looking to invest a little further, we offer optional starter make up kits at reduced rates but that's entirely up to you.
